A ladybug lands on a shoulder, walking across fingertip to fingertip, hand to hand, until finally, too soon, she takes flight into the sunshine and sweet beauty of a perfect summer's day. Playing make-believe in the backyard. Homemade lemonade and Nature's lilac perfume. We are in the best place in the world and don't know it. We are protected. Taken care of and loved as we dance in the garden in our bright clothes, barefoot and innocent. We must remember these moments. The soft touch of a ladybug. The sunshine on our faces.
